Join us for an exciting day of creativity and adventure at the library and Houston Arboretum! Start with **Dungeons & Dragons** hosted by HOUSTONGAMEGUYS, where both beginners and experienced players aged 12-17 can participate in a beginner-friendly one-shot campaign lasting 1:30 to 2 hours. All materials are provided, and registration is required.
Afterward, continue your journey with the **Texas Snakes** event featuring two sessions at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, where participants aged 3 and up can learn about local snake species and even touch a live snake with an expert. This free event is limited, so grab your tickets 30 minutes in advance.
At the Houston Arboretum, explore **Avian Antics** for ages 5 and older, discovering bird biology through hands-on activities with feathers, bones, and talons—spots fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additionally, enjoy **Express Children’s Theatre’s Shyrana Saurus-Rex**, a performance for PreK–5th graders that teaches confidence through storytelling. Don’t miss **DACAMERA's Butterfly Ballet**, an interactive program for K-1st graders inspired by The Very Hungry Caterpillar, featuring music to guide participants through the butterfly life cycle with sound and movement.
Join us for a day filled with fun and educational activities for all ages!
