Basics of Herbal Medications

EVENT IS FREE BUT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
Join us at Missouri’s American Indian Cultural Center for a class on the basics of herbal medicine.
In this class, you will learn about the processes and solvents associated with infusions, decoctions and tinctures, as well as the various herbs that can be used in oil infusions. At the end of the class, you will use lavender, calendula or chamomile to make your own oil infusion to take home.
This class is free, but online registration is required. Participation is limited to 10 people ages 12 and up.
