Think you can handle the heat? Join us for a sizzling showdown as guests go head-to-head with our local firefighters to see who serves up the best red chili in town! To sample the chilis, simply make a donation to our featured charity, the Colorado State Fire Fighters Foundation (CSFFF) — every spoonful helps support a great cause. • Entries due: 12:30 PM • Tasting starts: 1:00 PM • Winners announced: 4:00 PM • Live Music with Sarah P and the Dirty Logger: 1pm-4pm For competitors: • Red chili only entries. • Bring your own utensils for serving and any toppings you’d like to offer. • We’ll provide serving cups and spoons for tasters. • Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place — winners chosen by popular vote! While you taste and vote, enjoy live music from Sarah P & The Dirty Logger from 1–4 PM. With The Dirty Logger’s 10 years of experience as a wildland firefighter, their music is the perfect fit for a day honoring our fire service community.
