Join us for a vibrant start to your mornings at the MLK Jr. Recreation Center with our combined events, Miles & Smiles and Coffee & Conversation! Every Monday through Friday from 8:00–9:30 AM, kick off your day with our welcoming morning walking group, where you can enjoy light exercise, positive conversations, and great company. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 AM, continue the morning festivities with Coffee & Conversation, a casual social gathering perfect for relaxing, sharing ideas, and engaging with the community. Whether you’re new to the area or a familiar face, this is a wonderful opportunity to stay active and connect with neighbors in a supportive environment.
