The X International Forum “Mediation & Law” is a юбилейна edition of the Forum that brings together the professional community around the development of mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods in Ukraine.
The Forum aims to promote mediation as an effective tool for conflict resolution, support the improvement of mediation services, encourage the exchange of best practices, and strengthen partnership and cooperation within the field. The programme focuses on current challenges, emerging approaches, contemporary trends, and future perspectives for the development of mediation in Ukraine and worldwide.

The event is organised by the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation within the framework of the CONSENT Project “Enhancing the Role of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Ukraine with a Focus on Mediation”, implemented with the financial support of the European Union.

X Міжнародний форум «Медіація і право» - це ювілейний форум, який об’єднує професійну спільноту навколо розвитку медіації та інших альтернативних способів вирішення спорів в Україні.
Мета Форуму — популяризувати медіацію як ефективний інструмент врегулювання конфліктів, сприяти підвищенню якості медіаційних послуг, обміну кращими практиками, розвитку партнерства та спільнодії. У центрі уваги — сучасні виклики, нові підходи, актуальні тенденції та перспективи розвитку медіації в Україні та світі.
