A quiet, mindful way to meet the morning. This 45-minute practice moves from floor to standing in an unhurried, organic flow—gentle enough to honor where your body is when you wake, steady enough to prepare you for what lies ahead.
We'll begin close to the ground with soft stretches and conscious breathing, gradually rising into standing poses as your body wakes. There's no rigid structure here—just intentional movement set to soft music, designed to create space in your body and steadiness in your mind before the day begins.
This is yoga at its most accessible. Chill, grounding, and exactly what Tuesday and Thursday mornings need.
