Sit with Me Saturdays: Deep Dive Into Art

This program is dedicated to slow looking and mindfulness. This monthly event invites visitors to join the museum docents in the galleries to practice “slow looking”, an immersive approach to experiencing art. Visitors are invited to ask questions about an artwork, explore a book related to the work, sketch or take notes to enhance their learning, or simple immerse themselves in the moment while enjoying a quiet and reflective experience.
