Join Tim Barnack in building a new trail that will connect Hickory Cove to Monte Sano! Volunteers should expect to hike up to 4 miles with more than 200 feet of elevation change.
Great news! We’ve reached the halfway point, which means we will be changing meeting locations to the other end of the trail to help shorten hike time.
Beginning on June 10, the new meeting location for this project will be the Bankhead Parkway turnoff. This location does not have an exact address, so participants are asked to use the map link below for directions:

No experience required. Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Bug spray, sunscreen, work gloves, eye protection, and water recommended. Complete a separate registration for each individual participating (each person must sign a waiver). Guardians may sign up on behalf of minors. Registration Required.
