Join us for an exciting celebration of bluegrass music featuring two remarkable events at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum!
First, don't miss the Steep Canyon Rangers on October 9, as they perform in support of their upcoming 15th studio album, *Next Act*, set for release on May 22, 2026. This album marks a return to the band's bluegrass roots, showcasing their unique blend of traditional forms and contemporary storytelling. Formed in North Carolina, the Rangers have garnered acclaim, including a GRAMMY Award for Best Bluegrass Album and induction into the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame. Enjoy their ensemble play, rich harmonies, and powerful melodies as they captivate audiences with songs grounded in lived experiences. Preferred seating is $42, and reserved seating is $35, with doors opening at 6:00 PM and the concert starting at 7:00 PM.
Additionally, join us for the *Sounds of Bluegrass* concert series, featuring talented artists like Matt Leadbetter. A deeply rooted musician born in the Great Smoky Mountains, Matt brings a rich musical heritage nurtured by his legendary father, Phil Leadbetter. Since 2000, Matt has traveled extensively, performing with esteemed bluegrass artists and contributing to award-winning projects. His playing reflects profound emotion and respect for the song, emphasizing authenticity over personal spotlight. This concert is included with regular museum admission, or advance tickets are available for $10. General admission seating will begin at 12:00 PM.
Come celebrate the vibrant tradition and evolving future of bluegrass music with us!
