About the Experience:
Yin Yoga + Sound Savasana is a deeply restorative journey designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and nurture the soul. Through long-held, supported poses, you’ll gently stretch the connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and cultivate inner peace. The session concludes with a soothing sound bath savasana, where vibrations guide you into deep rest and renewal.
This class is for every-body and every level no prior yoga experience is needed. You’ll be supported by optional props and guided to focus on sensation rather than form, creating a safe and healing practice that is uniquely your own.

What to Expect:
•Gentle Yin Yoga poses-> mostly laying on the matt (held 1–3 minutes) to release fascia, joints, and tension
•Breathwork and reflection to anchor you in the present moment.
•Exploration of energy pathways, chakras, or targeted areas of the body.
•Sound healing savasana with gongs, bowls, or other practitioner selected vibrations for profound release.

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in
• Water bottle
• Optional props: straps, bolsters, blocks, or blankets for added support
