Yin-Energy is a deeply restorative, candlelit class that weaves together yin yoga, energy healing, and sound healing to create a full mind, body, and spirit reset.
Through long-held, supported yin postures, you’ll be guided to slow down and gently release tension from the deeper layers of the body including: fascia, joints, ligaments, and connective tissue.
This practice supports improved mobility, increased flexibility, and the release of stored physical, emotional, and energetic stress.
As you settle into stillness, you’ll receive a layered healing experience designed to support deep relaxation and energetic balance.
