All Things Jerky & Exotic Meat Grill at WI State Fair (West Allis, WI)

Join us at the All Things Jerky & Exotic Meat Grill during the Wisconsin State Fair in West Allis, WI, from August 6 to August 16, 2026. Located on South Grandstand Ave, just south of the milkhouse outside the Expo Hall, we will feature our popular concession trailers. Don't miss the return of the FaMOOus Condiment COW, where you can enjoy some Gator from the Exotic Meat Grill while milking the cow for Cajun Ranch! This year, we have exciting new offerings, including the DRINKIE FINALIST - Color Changing Swamp Juice and Bugged Out Frozen Cheesecake on-a-stick at All Things Jerky. Meanwhile, the Exotic Meat Grill presents the SPORKIE FINALIST - Bayou Crunch Cup and Hawaiian Pizza Slush. Plus, the CLAW is back, available in limited supply, so be sure to arrive early!
