My name is Monica Armas and I am the proud owner of Lighthouse Senior Solutions Inc. D.B.A. Beacon Placement & Care Services. As an educator, I am focused on growth mindset and positive character development to foster confidence and success in my scholars. Being an educator has been an instrumental vehicle in my new role as a senior care expert. Diving into the senior industry later on in life, I realize the gravity and weight of caring for seniors and families. Finding joy and purpose in serving elder adults and families has become my new passion. Growing older is a journey. The imagery of a lighthouse represents my mission to be a guiding light for clients seeking resources in the advanced stages of life.
