Stoneware Glazing: Seashore

Join us for the "Stoneware Glazing: Seashore" workshop, where you can capture the beauty of coastal landscapes in your handmade pottery! This 2-3 hour hands-on workshop will teach you layering and glazing techniques to create soft transitions, flowing movement, and organic textures inspired by sandy beaches, rolling waves, and the ocean's colors. Perfect for both beginners and experienced potters, you can select from a variety of stoneware mugs, bowls, cups, and other functional pieces, glazing up to four unique works of art. Your finished pieces will be fired in our kiln, making them durable, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe for everyday use. Mark your calendar for Sunday, July 19 from 12:00 – 3:00 PM, with a workshop fee of $15 plus the cost of your chosen stoneware pieces (approximately $40–$60 each). All materials and instructions are provided, and your completed pottery will be ready for pickup 7–10 days after the workshop. Enjoy an afternoon of creativity inspired by the coast!
