In this practice event we will explore the Virtue of Fairness and develop a deeper understanding of balance and equality in life and relationships.
Fairness helps us see situations with greater clarity and objectivity, allowing us to make balanced decisions without bias or emotional reaction. Developing fairness supports healthier relationships and a more peaceful understanding of life’s differences.
This virtue also helps us come out of victimhood, by supporting a more empowered and balanced perspective. Instead of feeling powerless in situations that seem unfair, fairness helps us recognize choices, possibilities, and personal strength.
In this session we will work on releasing patterns connected to feeling treated unfairly or believing that life is unfair, while developing a more balanced and grounded perspective.
