The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in McLennan County will host a sourdough class in Waco. The cost of the class is $25. To register, call 254-757-5180 or visit the AgriLife Extension office in McLennan County, 4224 Cobbs Drive, Waco. Deadline to register is June 30. The hands-on class will help those wanting to learn the basics of sourdough to start and maintain their sourdough bread starter. Participants will leave with helpful take-home handouts and samples.
