Gardening Workshops at Sand n Straw

Monthly hands-on gardening class on our six-acre regenerative farm in Vista, taught by Farmer Rich. Saturdays, 10 to 11:30am.
Each month covers whatever your garden needs right then, soil health, composting, planting schedules, pest management, fruit tree care, starting from seed, that kind of thing. Built to be approachable whether you're planting your first bed or you've had a garden going for years. Come ready to dig in and ask questions, you'll leave with real, usable knowledge for your own backyard.
