Join us for a 2.5 day transformative educational program exploring your work surrounding death and how your lived experience affects the care you provide.

Participants will be able to:
• Question how they personally navigate the inevitable realm of caring for patients nearing the end of life.
• Explore personal and professional experiences of loss in a psychologically safe space.
• Learn impactful strategies to support their professional growth.
• Utilize RISHI’s innovation discovery model of learning led by experienced facilitators.
• Reflect within small and large group settings during a series of five sessions.
