Singing Bowl and Binaural Beats Music Meditation

Please join us for a special night of relaxing music! CSLGD Spiritual Director and Practitioner Lenza Smith will play her singing bowl for 15 minutes. This will be followed by approximately 30 minutes of 528 Hz "happiness" frequency music that fill the space with joyful vibrations and positive energy. (You may sit or lie down during this musical experience. Blankets are available.) This will be followed by an opportunity for sharing about the experience.
