Oakley Library - Contra Costa County Library

The Oakley Library, established in 1913, is one of the oldest branches of the Contra Costa County Library system. It serves the community by providing access to a variety of materials, computers, and free Wi-Fi. The library offers programs for children, teens, and adults, supported by the Friends of the Oakley Library. While currently sharing space with Freedom High School, plans are underway for a new, larger facility at the Oakley Civic Center Plaza to better accommodate the community's needs and expand services.
