International Chocolate Salon

The International Chocolate Salon is a premier organization that celebrates and honors artisan and premium chocolates and confections. Founded in 2007 by TasteTV and TCB Cafe Publishing and Media, it produces regional artisan chocolate tasting events in major culinary metropolitan areas across North America, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Sacramento. The organization also hosts annual juried award competitions for various chocolate product categories, such as best chocolate bars, toffees, caramels, and truffles. These events and competitions aim to showcase and allow chocolate enthusiasts to taste and experience a wide range of high-quality chocolate products.
