Rainbow Book Month

Join us in June for two exciting events! Celebrate Rainbow Book Month, a nationwide tribute to authors and writings that reflect the diverse experiences of the LGBTQ+ community. Visit the YA section to explore Rainbow Books, share your thoughts through short reviews, and earn a prize at the 2nd floor Service Desk. This initiative is open to both teens and adults, and registration isn't required—be an ally and dive into this enriching literature!

Additionally, kick off the Summer Reading Challenge at the Farmers Market from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Discover our booth, learn about this year's theme, "Unearth a Story," and grab some library swag while supplies last. Enjoy Story Times for children ages 4-8 at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., perfect for the whole family. No registration needed—bring a blanket to relax and participate.
