Designed to be both a cardiovascular challenge and a deep toning session, this class focuses on the “powerhouse” of the body—your core.
By layering fluid, isolative movements over an athletic aerobic base, you will challenge your muscles in ways traditional gym workouts can’t reach.
What to Expect
