Plant Swap

Join us for the kickoff of our all-ages Summer Reading Program, themed “Plant a Seed, Read,” featuring a Plant Swap to celebrate this exciting event! From June 24 to June 26, drop off healthy indoor or outdoor plants, cuttings, or seedlings at the library’s 2nd floor Reference Desk. Each participant should fill out a card with the plant's name and care instructions. The plants will be available free of charge during the Summer Reading Kickoff event on June 27 from 12-2 pm at Wilcox Park, where you can enjoy activities and treats. Everyone who registers for the Summer Reading Program will also receive a complimentary age-appropriate book. The program runs from June 27 to August 31.
