Join Seaside Shadows for an intimate storytelling experience where the focus is on the people who shaped Mystic: ship captains and sailors, craftspeople and families, those who loved fiercely, lived boldly, and in some cases met tragic ends that became part of local memory. Under the fading light, you’ll hear their tales brought to life—stories of resilience, loss, maritime hardship, community heritage, and the legends that rose from them. Some tales are solemn, some uplifting, some mysterious… all deeply human. Many have been passed down through generations, whispered in local folklore, or preserved through historical records. We weave these accounts together with the atmosphere of the grounds themselves, creating a reflective and immersive experience you won’t forget.
