Join us for "Experience Calm With Guided Meditation Sessions," a 30-minute body-centered meditation practice led by Pamala Lewis, who has over 25 years of expertise in both Eastern and Western meditation techniques. This session is designed to enhance focus, rest, self-compassion, and gratitude, leaving participants with feelings of self-acceptance, deep relaxation, tranquility, peace, and lightness. It is suitable for beginners and anyone seeking a friendly approach to mindfulness. Pamala co-leads the New London Community of Mindfulness and offers various meditation sessions, including individual coaching and outdoor sessions in the summer.
