Join Certified Zumba instructor Sue Mirra for an engaging afternoon of Dancercise, a 50-minute class specifically designed for active older adults. This fun and dynamic session combines rhythmic muscle toning, dance moves, and stretching to enhance core strength, balance, and cardiovascular endurance. Participants are encouraged to wear sneakers and bring water and a hand towel. This program is sponsored by the Friends of OFL, and registration is required. Registration opens on the 20th of each month for seniors.
