Experience a delightful journey through select restaurants in both Ottawa and Sacramento on Wednesday, June 24, from 5 PM to 9 PM. Each venue will offer Tasting Plates highlighting unique flavors, including Chinese soup dumplings, Indian kofta, Korean mandu, Mexican tamales, Nepalese momos, Vietnamese potstickers, Polish apple pierogies, and Taiwanese ice cream baos, among others.

Tickets are available in three tiers: Ultra Early-bird for $49 (Ottawa until May 24, 2026; Sacramento until May 31, 2026), Early-bird for $59 after these dates, and Regular for $69 until June 21 (Ottawa) and June 14 (Sacramento) respectively. Please note that all tickets must be purchased in advance online, and all sales are final—though tickets may be transferred if you cannot attend.
