Alfred Hitchcock, the master of suspense, left an immeasurable influence on film and filmmakers. Many of his movies are considered required viewing for film lovers, but his body of work contains several classics beyond the most famous ones.
Enjoy some of Hitchcock's lesser-known gems with no repeats from our 2023 Dial H for Hitchcock series. Stars include Cary Grant, Joan Fontaine, Gregory Peck, Ingrid Bergman, James Stewart, Grace Kelly, Doris Day, Tippi Hedren, and Sean Connery. All screenings will be introduced by library staff, and followed by a brief discussion.
