Details:
Letters After Loss is a guided writing workshop using reflective letter-writing for engaging with grief and remembrance. Led by local artist and owner of Neil W. Regan Funeral Home, Sarah Stachura Regan, the workshop draws on her lived experience with loss and her work at the intersection of art, ritual, and care.
Participants will be guided through a series of thoughtful prompts and given time for quiet, individual writing in a supportive environment. No prior writing experience is necessary, and there is no expectation to share work. The focus is on process rather than outcome, with space for reflection, emotional awareness, and personal meaning-making.
This workshop offers an opportunity to slow down, connect through language, and explore writing as a tool for expression and healing within a respectful community setting.
