The event is set to go on public sale starting May 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with presales available for artists on May 6 and promoters on May 7. Please be aware that the show includes sensory elements such as flashing lights, haze (fog), and confetti, and children aged 2 and over are required to have a ticket.

Enhance your experience with the exclusive "Elmo's Got the Moves Photo Experience," where attendees can meet the characters after the show. It’s important to note that while many children enjoy this interaction, some may feel shy or scared; we recommend allowing extra time for those who need it. All attendees, including children aged 12 and under, must have both a performance ticket and a separate Photo Experience ticket, which should be purchased in advance. On the day of the show, photo experience ticket holders must visit the Box Office's Will Call window to collect passes and instructions.
