6-Week Around the World Series - Start Date

Join us in this six-week program as we take a global look at a variety of cuisines that have taken the world by storm. The Around the World Series will educate students on individual cultures, their culinary staples, and the context behind it all! This series is open to all skill-levels, ideal for those who want to become more worldly when it comes to international cuisine.
Each week follows the same structure: students will head into the kitchen and listen to the chef instructor’s lecture over the weekly dishes before making the respective items themselves. Once the food is prepared and plated, everyone gets to enjoy a family-style meal of what they’ve just made with a complimentary glass of wine in the classroom as we give an in-depth presentation over the weekly country/region’s culinary history, figures, and dishes.
