Teens In The Kitchen: Blueberry Peach Salsa

Make this seasonal treat, and learn about the importance of blueberries to the First Nations people of the North American Plains.
During our Teens in the Kitchen summer series, we'll be preparing and tasting food from all over the globe!
Jenna will teach basic kitchen skills and teens will leave with a recipe to take home.
This week, we'll be making blueberry peach salsa: a sweet seasonal treat with fruit from North America. Blueberries were a staple of the Plains Indians and are still used today in traditional Native American cooking.
No prior cooking experience is necessary and no registration is needed- come ready to learn and try something new!
