Description:
Inversion Technique is a focused workshop dedicated to the mechanics, strength, and body awareness required to invert in the air. Designed for students of all levels, this session breaks down the pathways to upside-down positioning on aerial apparatuses. Beginners will learn the foundational engagements and progressions needed to achieve their first clean inversion. Experienced students will focus on refinement, energy efficiency, and breaking habituated momentum to build a more sustainable practice. Participants will work through targeted floor prep, conditioning drills, and spotted on-apparatus progressions.
