Join us for an evening with Steve Dolan, founder and director of Friends of Third Creek, a non-profit monitoring North Shore watersheds: friendsofthirdcreek.com.
Steve’s talk will discuss Third Creek and Incline Creek, referred to as “The most genetically diverse and important streams feeding Lake Tahoe” by UNR Geneticist Dr. Galland. Steve’s discussion provides an overview of the Third Creek watershed and weaves together Indigenous and environmental history, geology, ecology, rehabilitation efforts and Third Creek’s role as a significant spawning ground for lake fish.
