July ArtHop at CMAC

Celebrate the creativity of our community with live performances, local film screenings, tours of our recording spaces, and more!
Join us this ArtHop! We are spotlighting the creative community we have in the Central Valley. You'll experience local creativity through film, music, and hands-on exploration of CMAC. It’s an evening built around community creativity, showcasing the people and projects that keep the Central Valley’s creative scene moving.
Guests are invited to explore CMAC throughout the evening, including guided tours of our recording studios, a walk through our classroom featuring scan-and-watch content on the walls, and a closer look at the tools and spaces available to members.
Inside the studio, we’ll be screening standout entries from past CMAC Film Races, including selections from 2017–2018 and the winners from 2024 and 2025. In addition, we will also screen a special set of honorable mentions. So settle in, discover new work, and experience the evolution of local filmmaking through the years!
Outside, the patio turns into a live music hub powered by Setlist, featuring performances from Iwanaga, Devil Like Me, and Tsunami Warning. From 6 PM to 9 PM, expect nonstop energy, local talent, and a creative atmosphere that keeps the night moving.
