Join Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance as the community celebrates America’s 250th anniversary with a bang! Mark your calendars for our biggest fireworks show to date, commemorating the Semiquincentennial with Harrisonburg's official VA250 event, Thursday, July 2.
This show is not one to be missed! Bring your family and friends to witness the stunning colors and awe-inspiring explosions lighting up the night sky.
Independence Day is an important holiday for many Americans, and this year's celebration will be one to remember. If you're planning on attending the fireworks display, here are several viewing locations in and around Downtown Harrisonburg that are optimal for viewing:

- Thomas Harrison Middle School, 1311 W. Market St.

HDR will be kicking off the Levitt AMP Harrisonburg Series with an amazing show featuring local openers, food vendors, free activities, and patriotic giveaways.
