Acts of Atonement is brought to you by the same producers and director as the very popular and successful Can't Feel at Home from several years ago (JoeBob Productions) - about the displacement of the mountain people during the formation of Shenandoah National Park. Acts of Atonement is a stand-alone sequel to that show and is set in 1969, a year of many changes. The main character is the now grown up Luther, who has indeed become a lawyer.
