Immerse yourself in the meditative sounds of crystal and Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, rattles, and more as you surrender to the healing frequencies of the universe. Sound therapy has been a cornerstone of healing for thousands of years, and this blissful experience offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, realign, and practice self-care. Relax and rejuvenate as the vibrations wash over you. The evening will include Sound Bath ending with **individual sound healing**, followed by the soothing scents of frankincense and hands-on energy healing, including **Reiki and Pranashakthi**. Tuning forks will be used to further balance your energy system, creating deep relaxation and restoration.
