Slackers Book Club is a self-service book club open to all readers. Stop by each month and pick up a copy of the most recent selection at the circulation desk. The book for August is From Scratch by Tembi Locke. There are no formal meetings, no questions to answer, no deadlines. It’s a dream for Slackers! You may love the book …or you may not! If you insist on doing something, we will have some special Slackers bookmarks available with the books. No registration necessary (of course!) .
