Swing by the library to decorate cupcakes. Each participant will receive 2 cupcakes to decorate and bring home. Afterwards relax and enjoy reading from our selection of cupcake themed books on display. Don’t forget to log that reading time, and get in your final raffle tickets on this last day of Youth Summer Reading! Open to all ages.
