What You'll Learn: This course provides a guided breathwork and inner child experience for those feeling overwhelmed, emotionally blocked, or disconnected from themselves. This is a space to slow down, release tension in the body, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been asking to be heard. Together, this work creates a profound, tangible reconnection with your authentic self - replacing limiting patterns with a deeper sense of wholeness, clarity, and unconditional self-love. You’ll leave feeling grounded, regulated, and more connected from within.
Skill Level/Age Range: Beginner / 18+
Student Instructions: Wear comfortable clothing, and bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. Arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to settle in and relax. Spa water and light snacks will be provided after the workshop.
