What You'll Learn: There is something deeply satisfying about learning a stitch with your own hands, thread moving through fabric, breath steady, mind focused. In this joyful, two-day, practical class, Amy will guide you step-by-step through a beautiful collection of foundational and decorative embroidery stitches.
Together you will practice each stitch slowly and intentionally, creating your very own functional fiber art piece — a personal stitch bag designed to hold your tools, threads, or creative treasures.

Amy will demonstrate each stitch and then stitch alongside you, offering individual guidance, technique tips, and mindful pauses to help your hands and eyes truly understand the rhythm of the thread. All materials and tools will be carefully curated just for this class!

Student Instructions: Please bring your favorite pair of scissors. This is a two day workshop and at the end of each day’s class, you are invited to stay and create during the Makers Meetup.
