Intermediate & Advanced Dirt Camp for Youth at at Minnehaha, Spokane

Join us for an exciting series of Youth Dirt Camps tailored for young riders of various skill levels in beautiful Spokane and at BDOS. The Intermediate & Advanced Dirt Camp at Minnehaha is designed for riders aged 10-14 who are at Levels 3+, aiming to enhance their technical skills and tackle more challenging terrains. Campers will partake in skill-building drills, games, and fun trail rides, all while refining foundational techniques and gaining confidence in their abilities.

For younger riders aged 6-11 at Levels 1 to 2, the Beginner Dirt Camp at BDOS and Squilchuck offers a fantastic introduction to mountain biking. Over 3 to 5 days, participants will enjoy activities focused on body position, balance, and braking, complemented by outdoor exploration and creative nature activities led by YMCA staff. Campers will also engage in trail maintenance with Evergreen trail builders, fostering a sense of community and environmental care.

Students must supply their own bikes and equipment, with rentals available at some locations. Scholarships based on financial need are available for both camps.
