Opening Lecture: CoastLines—American Prints and Drawings

The exhibition "CoastLines: American Prints and Drawings" features an opening lecture by curator Hannah Chew, a student in the Class of 2026 from the Williams College/Clark Graduate Program in the History of Art. Chew introduces the exhibition, which showcases a rich selection of etchings, watercolors, wood engravings, and lithographs, highlighting the dynamic exchange between the eastern coastline of the United States and notable American artists like Winslow Homer, Rockwell Kent, and Thomas Moran throughout the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
