Details:
Join us for the 5th Annual Family Fish & Wildlife Festival at Prado Regional Park on Saturday, June 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., hosted by the San Bernardino County Regional Parks and Fourth District Supervisor Curt Hagman. This family-friendly event offers a day of hands-on fishing workshops with free rods and supplies, live demonstrations, animal exhibits, and tasty food booths featuring live music by the J-Birds. Enjoy activities such as archery lessons, games, face painting, arts & crafts, and fishing in areas stocked with 1,000 lbs. of catfish—no license or permit needed!
Additionally, families can visit the nearby Yucaipa Swim Complex for swimming thrills and waterslides (tickets are $15 on weekdays and $20 on holidays, with a 4-pack available for $55). Bring your own chairs, food, and snacks, or take advantage of the food trucks on-site. Cabanas and picnic shelters are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and leashed pets are welcome too! Park admission is $15 per vehicle and free for campers. For camping reservations, visit www.parkreservations.sbcounty.gov, and for more information and event updates, check our website and follow us on social media.
