Come and join Parker Van Osdale in creating slab built vases using a paper template! The template will be provided, and you will have the option of designing another template on your own! Parker will then walk you through the process of rolling out slabs, using your templates, and constructing a final form. Parker will then demonstrate surface decorations, so feel free to bring any texture or surface decoration tools with you!
Before the end of class, you will be able to choose one glaze option, and Parker will then glaze and fire your vases. The completed peces will be ready for pickup within two or three weeks of class.
