Enjoy a garden to table experience in this class with instructor Joan Bovee. Begin class in the garden, harvesting a selection of fresh, seasonal herbs (and maybe a veggie or two) before heading into the kitchen to learn the art of making noodles from scratch. Joan will guide participants through the process of creating fresh pasta and paring it with a variety of garden-fresh ingredients. With plenty of vegetables and flavor combinations to choose from, each participant may customize their own dish.
