First Wednesday Reader Series presents multi-genre Cleveland writers William Breeze & E.F. Schraeder, Wednesday, November 4 at 7:00pm at the Westside Bowl, 2617 Mahoning Ave. Open mic to follow. This reading will be downstairs in the Trophy Room, accessible only by stairs. Meagan Albani will provide ASL interpretation. The First Wednesday Reader Series receives support from POP! Art Books Culture.
William Breeze holds a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition from Ohio University. His interests include classical rhetorical studies, writing pedagogy, Appalachian history, cultural and political studies, music, gardening, brewing, and knitting.
Rhysling-nominated poet E.F. Schraeder holds an interdisciplinary Ph.D. and advanced degree in Library Science. The author of several poetry chapbooks including "Judy Garland is Not a Sunrise" (Finishing Line Press, 2023), Dr. Schraeder’s fiction includes the novella As Fast as She Can and other works.
