Kids in the Kitchen

Children (Grades K-2) Enjoy an afternoon filled with learning new kitchen skills and recipes. The best part is that everyone gets to sample their creation! The same recipe will be repeated at each session. Adult caregivers must remain in the library. Registration is required. Limited to MPHPL cardholders and one session only. Cancellation Expectations Due to demand and limitations in space and/or supplies for our programs, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to give the chance for other patrons to attend. Failure to cancel your registration or inform a library staff member of your cancellation at least 24 hours in advance may result in a temporary registration block for upcoming programs. Please Note Due to the nature of this program, we are unable to admit attendees who arrive later than 10 minutes after the start time. Photo/Video Permission We often take photographs and video at library events to use in our publications, on our website, social media and/or video sharing platforms. For registered events, by selecting ‘Yes’ under Photo and Video Permission, the library assumes that permission has been given. For non-registered events, you will have the option to opt out during the event.
